Arnold Bos is a experienced consultant with a decade of work in technology innovation, ranging from strategic decision support, roadmapping, due diligence, innovation workshops, landscaping, and tech scouting. As a generalist, he joined, managed, and led projects within essentially every R&D-driven industry, using a curious, creative, and scientific mind with the ability to rapidly ramp up and connect the dots across a very broad range of emerging technologies and business strategies.

As senior and managing consultant at Lux Research Inc., Arnold has collaborated with CTOs, innovation leaders, and decision-makers at many of the world's major innovation-driven multinationals and government organizations, participating in strategic discussions and innovation workshops and helping shape messaging and manage stakeholders from boardrooms, corporate venture directors, innovation teams, and R&D departments, guiding clients through complex, unfamiliar technology domains to reach clear, compelling, science-backed innovation strategies.

With an educational background in medical biology, engineering, physics, and psychology, Arnold has since expanded his experience in topics ranging from future of mobility, energy transition and hydrogen economy, through to resource exploration, renewable chemicals, sustainable composites, as well as food and beverage, consumer goods, regenerative agriculture, and more.
